Non-Delivery of Service: If Designjot fails to deliver the service as agreed upon in the contract, a full refund may be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms, it is non-refundable.
